Reitan wins a Siggie to make mom proud on Mother's Day, while Snedeker recaptures relevance in Myrtle Beach

I forgot it was a “2-fer” week, as both the PG”A” and PG”B” Tours were in action. On the PG”A” Tour, Kristoffer Reitan captured a two-shot victory over Rickie Fowler and Nicolai Hojgaard. This was his first win on The Tour, and he picked a heck of a week to do it as his $3.6MM winner’s check is only $400k less than the entire purse that the PG”B” Tour was playing for in Myrtle Beach.

Reitan was picked on just 8 teams, while Fowler was picked on only 1. Only one team picked Reitan and Hojgaard, and Chrished2 gets the victory by the strength of that pairing to take the $200 payout

Meanwhile, over on the PG”B” Tour, the mules gathered in Myrtle Beach, and Brandt Snedeker edged out Mark Hubbard by one shot to get the victory and a tee time in next week’s PGA Championship. No one picked Snedeker, but three teams picked Hubbard. Half Nelson had Hubbard plus 10 others that made the cut and pulled out the easy victory to win the $150 pot for the tournament.

We now move to the PGA Championship at Aronimink.
