Justin Rose dominates in the Farmer's last stand

The PGA Tour desperately wanted to make Brooks Koepka’s return the major story this week. Justin Rose wasn’t having it. Not one bit. While Brooks looked rusty, Rosey was sublime, stunting on the youngsters with a wire-to-wire win in which he not only set a new tournament record for 54 hols score, but increased his lead at the end of each round. This is the final year of the Farmers Insurance sponsorship of this event, and it was a fitting send off.

Only 8 teams chose Rose this year, but Can’tcun 4 managed to pair him with Pierceson Coody, Keith Mitchell and Adam Scott to take the win and the $150 weekly prize. I want to give a shout out to the second place team though - Oly Stubbies took second place without Rose on the roster. They managed it by having all three players who finished T2 and that was enough to beat everyone but one team. That is pretty impressive!

Can’tcun 4 moves to second place overall, while Always 3 Putting remains in the lead by ~$500k as we head into the WM Phoenix Open.
